Examples of implementations: With a staircase

When the upper shelves are out of reach a staircase may resolve the issue.
A staircase in the same type of wood as the cuprights will give an extra dimension to the cupboard.

The uprights of the shelve may serve as a hand support so the staircase does this not need to be to the full height of the shelve. The space neccessary in front of the scupboard is hence limited.

A rail on the scupboard guarantees stability and hence security.
